Why would you want to stay in Cyberjaya/Putrajaya

cyberjaya and putrajaya has started out since 1999. it has been 11 years but everytime i go there i do not see much development being done..

i would like to know why would you want to stay in cyberjaya/putrajaya area. this might be a good reference to us who would want to invest in properties/live there in the future.

Since I'm not a gov servant, i dont think i want to live in Putrajaya. Personally it has the image of Gov servant residency although there are open properties ther. Maybe it's just me. Cyberjaya is ok though for me but real estate there seems a lot expensive despite there's nothing much there except MNCs and some other things..
