| If you need a bigger landed property at a reasonable price, it has to be outside KL. Nowadays it is common that people work in KL, but stay in places like Bangi, Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh..some as far as Rawang and Seremban. Well again, it depends on what you want. | |

Me pointed out in this thread:
http://www.mariproperty.com/forum/view/thread/33/ sungai buloh is the place now. that's where all the development is going to take place, so your house investment might go up to 200% within 5 years! |

Damansara Jaya is a good place to live. The advantage of DJ is that there is easy access to Jalan Damansara, LDP and NKVE, meaning that you can head to major areas without much hassle, even during peak periods. Within 5-15 mins drive is SS2, Damansara Utama, TTDI, Mutiara Damansara, Kota Damansara and Damansara Perdana. 15-20 mins can take you to other areas of PJ such as Sec 14,15,16,17,19, SS3,4,5,6,7, 23,24,25,26 and other areas such as Bangsar and Damansara Heights. Public transport (buses) in DJ is a bit messy though, but at least the LRT station is only bout 15 mins away.

taman tun dr ismail.
you dont have to worry about food as you can find every bits of culinary delight at almost every corner. And to those who lived there, the town has five doorways you can enter so traffic jam is not a problem. Apart from that the amenities are all adequate enough for you not to worry. TTDI is also one of the friendlies neighbourhood in comparison to the other township nearby. I felt that when you take a walk in evenings, you are not walking alone. There is always someone that would say hi to you along the way. And yeah, it is pedestrian friendly too... So TTDI is one of the cool places to stay :) |

pj old town ok what?
many places to eat, and it's not so crowded with people. if the public transportation gets better, it's perfect. |
