very good location. the price had increase from 3xxk to 500k...very good neighborhood with security gated. just sold my hse because bought a bigger one. value for money.

Fantastic buy for early buyers. Price has almost doubled with some sellers asking up to 500k for terrace houses. Semi-ds have breached RM1 million. A direct road is on the cards connecting the area with existing slip road to Duke Highway in Taman Selasih. Plus points freehold, under DBKL, guarded and a well off neighbourhood. Negative point only the road until the connecting road is ready.

batu caves is not really a good place if you want to look for properties to invest in. maybe further down there's some new condos in selayang area which might be a better bet.
