I am planning of relocating myself and hubby (Govt Pensioners) to Lavender Hts from JB. We have lots of stuff because the house we lived in JB is a big bglow. We have sold it and must move out in a couple of mths fr now. We just want to rent for at least three years. Maybe we will buy the house we rent (if we enjoy staying there). So any owners who wish to rent out their house (basic) please contact us. My budget is RM1,000 per month.

please call: Ramlah 0167305777 or 0142765949 or email: dr.ramlah1@gmail.com TQVM...

There area many good housing estate in Seremban to choose from before buying a house. Greatly depend on what is your budget and the amount that you are prepared to invest.
If you prefer, good security with 24/7 kind of guarded housing area, there are not many to choose from in Seremban. If you are looking to a new lifestyle modern living, sophisticated and want your address amongst the dato and tan sri residences, your may opt for condo living in Renaisance at Bukit Kaya or an exclusive landed bungalow in Taman Lavender Heights. Or a bit busy area in Seremban 2 area, or maybe Rasah Kemayan.
My observation during my search for a property. The most serene and peaceful yet exclusive and modern. I would choose Tmn Lavender Heights, but the price may be a bit steep, ranging from RM500,000 for a single storey bungalow to RM4,000,000 for more eloborate built up area.
Why I choose Lavender Heights, are much due to the environment and the serene view of the main range, close to almost all amenities likes Giant, Tesco, Econsave, Hospital and the exit road to North South Highway and just few hundred meters to the Lekas Highway from the entrance. For dining out there are a lots of mid to high class restaurant at the Senawang Business Centre a sort of Senawang Taipan. Not so busy and not so quite like Seremban 3 area.
Located on the highland, Tmn Lavender is the best housing area in Seremban. I would like to buy a bungalow here but can't afford lah!!! Especially those bungalows along Jalan 23, Jalan 27 where all the big lots are located, some just meet up to the privacy you might need with no lots behind your backyard. If you are lucky you a may have a vantage view of the lakes and the mountain range from your backyard. The view is fantastic, like residing at Beverly Hills.

Lavender Heights,a nice well placed guarded residential located toward the south east of Seremban town. Though its located within the vicinity of busy highways, especially the newly completed Lekas Highway so with the Senawang Jln Utama leading to PLUS, due to its self contain residential.
Most of the bungalows are sited on higher land with spacious compound, and the most picturesque view of the Titiwangsa Main Range. A breezy full of fresh oxygen gussying from the mountain fringing this residential. Phase 3, especially Jln 23, Jln 24 to 27 the best choice of bungalows, completed or empty lots that is still available.
Seremban 2 is also another good residential locality, however most of the bungalows are located on flatland and bustling surrounding which may not suit for those who seek tranquility and rusty peaceful surrounding.
If given the choice I would much prefer Lavender heights with good access to highways and close amenities to all needs ie: Giant, Carrefour, Econsave, Hospital, schools, KFC,MCD,Pizza Hut, Dominos, Ayam Mas, and many more.
