That's why the condo only RM150k, this is consider low price in penang already.
Normally this size of condo price is RM350k-RM500k in other loaction.
If you are in low budget planning is OK to buy.
Because Relau is a good Hawker area, many good Penang food there.
Or you are working in Factory line is ok, but need to patient with traffic jam.

A thing will come with Positive and Negative condition, You just need to select which condition is suitable with your.

Relau is a traffic jam area when the way back home from your office, because only got 1 way to access in.
If you plan to buy house at Relau, you better choose Sungai Ara.
Sungai Ara is a nice location, got many way to access.
And the House price is in sunrise condition.
