i heard the place is better than mentari court. better finishing on the units

suria mas has strong competitor from mentari court, which is cheaper.

but basically this area is good for investment because you can get a high rent for properties here. i've read somewhere that a loan for a property such at this will have a payment for RM400/month while you can rent it out for around RM700.
