Sungai Buloh: "The place" for property investment?

Government recently announced that there will be big investment in land in Sungai Buloh area. Would you think this will have a positive impact to the properties in the area? I wish it would, coz I just bought a house there :-)...

about time! is there a thread on the place that you bought in sungai buloh?
problem in kl is always transportation... all the other threads they always say this good that good BUT only one road in or out = jam.

I heard somewhere around Saujana area, near batu arang there. but basically it spans west until kota damansara. say goodbye to the palm estates..

definately. all the new places propping up now is in sungai buloh. it has easy access also from kl, compared to places like puchong for example.
