After Kajang, the next new development area coming up is Sungai Buloh within Selangor to link up to Klang. Try driving up towards Paya Jaras from the Sungai Buloh commuter station. You will be able to see so many new developments along the way.

price wise maybe not much difference, only for this particular unit we don't know the built up size so you can't calculate per square meter/feet so cannot get exact figures.
