service suites maintenance fees - KLCC

I was informed by the developer that calculation for the above includes the car park area i.e. not just your service suite area. Is this right? Secondly we pay the above once delivery of vacant possession occurs but cannot do renovation unless and until CF is obtained. Thus far, it is comming to the 4th month and still no sign of CF. It seems illogical and totally inappropriate that one pays maintenance fees yet cannot do renovation much less ultilize the place. Appreciate feedbacks.

hi op,
i think you don't need to pay the maintainence fee if the cf is not out yet. i haven't gone through it myself, but other people i know do get issues on cf, and they don't pay.

which developer told you that? there's also a few serviced suites in the KLCC area; exacty which one are you referring to?
