Looking for comments concerning Sering Akasia in Kuala Lumpur.

developer is ara asa properties sdn bhd. looks like this company is also the developer for the Taman Sg. Sering area too.

I'm planning to go and have a look at this property. anyone been there before?

been here before . suck . the car park floods whenever it rains as well as lift seems to be not functioning normally .

Been there. honestly ugly design and the workmanship/quality has much lacking.

Given its potential, what a waste of project.

Since project done long time ago, is it fully occupied now? or just very few household was moved in? will it be over quiet?? (I mean really not much people moving in)
Will it very jam to access to the GrandSaga highway?
