The image I currently have on Cyberjaya would be IT related offices, University and not many small companies. Possibly now with new developments around the area, perhaps it is now a good place for investment?

My wife working at cyberjaya now and based on my observation there is not much people staying there due to not much residential property currently.
Commercially, the area is still not matured yet and hopefully in a few years to come, people working at cyberjaya will start to consider to stay there.
