i would vote for the new hatten square if you don't plan to live there. there's no kitchen for you to cook!
but if you're renting to tourist then maybe better buy. heard it's all sold out anyway.

why would anyone want to buy a property in melaka unless they stay there? i can't imagine who to rent my unit to.

i won't buy a unit here to stay. it will be a great place for a weekend home though!

this unit is very near the melaka sentral and tesco area, very convenient. at least it's not in the middle of town. on weekends all the singapore cars come and you get traffic jam there.
