Looking for comments concerning Pangsapuri Elaeis 1 in Shah Alam.

I'm wondering how is the area around here? I've found more details on this apartment from the link attached.

There are two schools near Elaeis 1
1. SK Bukit Jelutong
2. SMK Bukit Jelutong
PTPL and MSU are also a few minutes away. Closest hypermarkets are Giant Shah Alam and Tesco Shah Alam.

Accesses is via NKVE, ELITE and Guthrie Corridor Expressways
Other alternatives are Federal Highway and KESAS

Othere transportation options is via Batu Tiga KTM Komuter Station which is a 5 minute ride from the apartment.

it's in a pretty good neighbourhood. shah alam is basically clean and safe, unlike kl for example. if you play golf, there's a golf course nearby i think.

i know this place. it's pretty close to the nkve and federal highway. tesco shah alam is close too, maybe around 10 mins by car.
