Domain 3 seems to be launching soon, the pre-launch units were all sold out already. Anybody got any info on this?

domain 2 already launched last year and sold out shortly after. Looks like cyberjaya is quite a good place for property investment, mainly towards rental yield, due to the numbers of foreign students and expats over there.

anyone actually been there and seen how is the project coming along? the profile said that keys handover is in 2009 for the biz avenue II.
