it's normal to have issues like what @10 writes..
the agents will always tell you that you can get high rental yeild, but it's not always the case. so you have to decide yourself on it.

becareful of the advertisement, i own two unit of Cyberia since 2004, the price from Rm250K i have brought now still under value and i have lost a lot in term of interest and ROI. However the rent is quite good now as i am rented at Rm1600 monthly. however, i still prefer Setapak!
becareful most of the foriegner work will not stay there, as they perfer to stay in Mount Kiara, as for those wanted to stay there mainly work are from India but they not willing to pay higher rent!!!
