Neocyber Domain 3 in Cyberjaya

I read that Domain 3 is coming up soon. Tried to search regarding it but found few information on this. Following the success of Neocyber Domain 1 and Domain 2, I can say that Domain 3 will also sell fast. Anybody got any information regarding this new phase?

neocyber domain 1 and 2 were all service apartments. it this true also for domain 3 as well?

Found some info regarding Domain 3 soft-launch. Seems like it has started to open for sale since end of last month. Not sure about proper launching though. You can see that people already started buying.

it's interesting to see cyberjaya getting this much interest lately. these past few years people have been wondering why anyone would want to stay in cyberjaya/putrajaya. i even found a thread here http://www.mariproperty.com/forum/view/thread/40/ asking the same question.

i'm also interested in domain 3. let's share information on this...
