Looking for Property 300k-350k

Hi, would be gladly appreciated if any1 can share their thoughts here. I'm looking for a landed property in the region of 300k-350k. I've searched all over the web and yet could not find any conclusion on places to buy. Property in my mind right now is Puchong. Good and strategic places/developer like Setia Alam is well over my budget. Come share your thoughts here

bandar puteri is ok. public tranport is not so good though. i get to kl in around 30 mins.

Planning for my own stay. i'm working in KL and my gal is workin in Sunway, so i guess puchong is all right and property value is rising
