Hi, I heard that Leisure Farm did not give out strata title deeds to home owners. Can anyone confirm this? If there's no title deed, then I will not be able to legally own the house in Malaysia right? Please advice. Thank you.

I am Singaporean and my brother in law just bought a property(double storey terrace, corner lot) at Horizon Hills for RM700K.
Still worried about the safety of the Johor Baharu state though. He would probably have the property ready for weekend retreat house for the time being.
