Looking for comments concerning Kuchai Avenue in Kuala Lumpur.

Interested in this place. Anybody got any comments regarding this condo? Jalan Klang Lama is known for heavy traffic. How's traffic around this area?

having nightmare with this project, as i just collect my keys recently. the whole apartment like abandon workmanship, where the external is superb but the internal is like haunted home ! skirting crack, chip and the wall is damn out of guideline. the yard area is superb worst as u can imagine how this contractor done their work??? the best part is some of the window can't even close properly at all.

i know old klang road has less rental yield than klcc or damansara area, but there are always families looking for a good deal on rent. you also have the people who are moving down from a higher rental unit to a lower one because of the economy, so they might be good tenants.

freehold and around 200K. it's not a bad buy i think. are you interested in rental yield or investment?
