Is KL City Properties good from overseas property investments point of view?
Hi all,
I'm interested in overseas property investments and in favour of Malaysia. I'd like to know which would be better.. KL city properties or Perak? I'm confused between 2 perak condos and one condominium for sale available at Mont Kiara. Please suggest which would be better choice.

There is no doubt the Perak state itself is growing. However if you're planning to buy for investment, I personally would prefer to invest in the property in Mont Kiara. The possibility for you to yield from your rent is higher and the appreciation of the value of the property is definitely faster in Kuala Lumpur.
