just check out the other rooms at 8th floor. the walk way is really awesome...highly ventilated and the ceilings are slight different in heights with the rest of the units at the same floor.The ones at the end are higher. The office lots @ the corners r very logistic with a point to both sides.Very good for business locality.like the 4th flrs corner where it faced the traffic lights...full view @ all angles.

Meridien will be a box office it is still going through development. There are a lot of expats looking at the place. One guy just sold half a million of the 1.3 condo....singaporean expat...the LRT, colleges, hypermarkets, access roads, roads re-construction, the whole landscape is going to change and Meridien is expected to go up..one owner quoting 3k a month.Rents are expected to go up once the whole system is in place and 6 mths it will go up again.The 8th floor is most unique with excess high ceiling where u can do a lot of addtional stuff and the air ventilation is fantastic, u don't even need aircond....the swimming is at the same floor so its like having a pool at your backyard. I like most is the high ceiling at 8th floor and the fact meridien still have a lot of room for development..that means the prize is poised to rise further. the high floors r a bit uncomfortable for me as it depend too much on lifts. was stuck there just waiting for a lift as the other one was on maintenance..not use to this kind of dependence. i like the lower floor best at 8th, still high enough to feel like a high flyer.its a good buy!
