Nur,
Disappointed as a Malaysian that you would even think of something like that. Sorry, it pains me to know there are people this sensitive.

I am interested to buy this apartment but i think the Crestin Park name is not a proper name for a muslim buyer..as i checked in google translate, Crestin means Christian...the developer should be more sensitive to this matter, it is not that i am a racist, but i am corcern that Muslim buyers will miss this opportunities to buy this property because of that name..Hopefully the developer will take action on this matter..thanks..

Judging from the prices of new launches further away from Kajang town nowadays I don't believe this is called a high price anymore.

does it have the luxury feel to justify the high prices?

I live just next to the said property, been to the show unit, I think it is overpriced!! 380K for a 1 half townhouse on a leasehold land.. omg we can buy 2 unit of the house i'm staying now, which is a DS terrace 18X65, freehold and its only 200 meter away!
We should ask the government to stop talking about strange sex behavior or comparing their asses in their personal sex video and start looking at these crazy developer!
