Salam,

Sekiranya Tuan/Puan mempunyai sebarang aduan mengenai Banjaria Court, sila hantar email ke aduan@pkns.gov.my. Pihak Tuan/Puan juga boleh ke laman Facebook-PKNSRESPONSE Team.

Untuk pengetahuan semua, kunci hanya dapat diserahkan apabila bank melepaskan pinjaman penuh.
Mengenai isu mozek pecah, ia cuma melibatkan satu unit sahaja dan ia berlaku kerana kontraktor sedang membaiki saluran paip dibawah sinki berkenaan. Pembeli berkenaan telah dimaklumkan dan beliau memberikan kerjasama dan sokongan sepenuhnya kepada pihak kontraktor. Pada masa yang sama, kerja-kerja oleh kontraktor masih dijalankan. Pembeli juga telah diberitahu mengenai keadaan ini dalam surat yang diberikan semasa pengambilan kunci.

Banjaria Court telah siap 8 bulan sebelum tarikh di S&P. PKNS telah mengambil semua langkah bagi memastikan pembeli menerima kunci lebih awal dari tarikh di dalam S&P.
