bandar puteri puchong: good investment?

the properties there is rising, so i'm wondering if it's a good thing to buy a house there. is it better to buy a house to rent out or just wait for it to appreciate?

Puchong only got LDP as their way in and out. and its usually jammed on rush hour.

ive heard that there's a new project coming up near bandar puteri. is this true?

well that depends actually.
if you have a budget of 500K, you can get a landed house in puteri 6 or 10. puteri 6 now even has lots of vacant lots. puteri 11 or 12 on the other hand is the high end of the market.

If you want to wait for the property to appreciate, i think that'll require time because of the current vacant lots, so instead getting people to rent there is a better choice. on the other hand, as you know rental yield on landed houses may not be as good as a condo though.
