yes I think so too. When the land prices go up, they can just sell off and buy another property somewhere else if they dont want to live in the shadows of the condos. Easier said then done, though.

yes I heard they are planning to build high rise condominium in the area. and this has sparked protests from the residents of the neighborhood. anybody knows why? isn't it good to have another property built there?
