How is the public safety at the surrounding area? With community seems to be very close to each other(they have a community homepage to keep track on updates I can across the other day), any cases reported on thefts/robbery in the area?

hi, i have a friend living here and went to see them the other day. it's a nice neighbourhood with enough space and they built playgrounds. i think it's a bit far from central kl though and the drive to their taman was pretty far from the highway.

yes I think so too. When the land prices go up, they can just sell off and buy another property somewhere else if they dont want to live in the shadows of the condos. Easier said then done, though.
