I work at the nearby Pusat Bandar Sungai Buloh, the road traffic to access this area from Sungai Buloh can be very bad at during peak hours due to the usage of the same road by construction trucks and buses. Some part of the road has 2 lanes, and some are single lanes causing bottle necks for traffic along the road.

aman court has value for per square feet. personally i don't really enjoy the area though. there's nothing much around it, you still go to the curve to do basically anything, and getting there is a pain in the ass because of the jam.

the aparments have shoplots at the ground floor, but from what i see it is low density, maybe around 30 or 40 units.

aman court is in a quiet neighbourhood, not much traffic too. you might get issues going in and out of the area though due the traffic at the highway.
