looking at the developer record, they already successfully completed Dataran Outomobile Sek 15, Shah Alam & about to complete their task on Luxury condominium in Glenmarie (next to Federal Highway & Glenmarie police station - forgot the name)...so i decided to pay deposit for my future house.

hope everything goes as per planned.
