mariproperty.com is an online forums service aimed specifically for people who are interested to buy property in Malaysia, or are generally interested in the Malaysian property market.Is the forums truly anonymous?
Very nearly Yes.We do not require you to register in order to post. We do not collect contact information, i.e email address or phone numbers. We do not require you to use your real name when posting. This means that basically we do not know who you are, and neither does any other users of the forums.
As part of our anti-spam efforts though, we DO
- Use cookies. In order for you to use the forums, we require that you turn your browser cookies on.
- Track IP addresses.
You will need to enter your email address if you decide to subscribe to a thread, though. We do not and will not pass your email address information to any third parties without your consent. Once you unsubscribe from a thread, your email address will be deleted from our database for that thread.
Do I have to pay anything to use the forum?
No.The forums can be used free of charge.
What should I do if I have an issue, problem or question?

I have a thread that I started and now I want to delete/edit it. What should I do?
Basically once a thread or a response is posted, it cannot be deleted by the user.If you need to fix what you've written in the thread/response, please post another response to the thread/response and explain which part needs to be clarified/fixed.
If you really, really, really do need to get a thread deleted, use the form at Contact Us explaining your reasons and point to us the thread in question.
ALL REQUESTS FOR DELETION WILL BE POSTED IN THE NOTIFICATIONS FORUM FOR PUBLIC VEWING
I would like to advertise on your site. Who do I contact?
Our policy is being neutral to our users. We pay years of hard work to get a decent house, and we want the best unbiased information before making that purchase.Because of this, we will not have direct connections with any advertisers. Having said that, we appreciate your confidence. You can still try to advertise indirectly through Google Adsense placements though.
